PASSIONATE PURSUIT...CONCERNING COUNSEL

​LET’S TALK ABOUT COUNSEL  IS IT SOUND?
ISAIAH 30:1 AND 31:1
WOE TO THE REBELLIOUS CHILDREN, SAITH THE LORD, THAT TAKE COUNSEL, BUT NOT OF ME; AND THAT COVER WITH COVERING, BUT NOT OF MY SPIRIT, THAT THEY MAY ADD SIN TO SIN.
WOE TO THEM THAT GO DOWN TO EGYPT FOR HELP; AND STAY ON HORSES, AND TRUST IN CHARIOTS, BECAUSE THEY ARE MANY; AND IN HORSEMAN, BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY STRONG; BUT THEY LOOK NOT UNTO THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, NEITHER SEEK THE LORD.
 The Lord has stated plainly that he loves us. He sanctified us to do righteousness. Do not allow false brethren to slaughter you. Do not be deceived. God is not mocked. His word is not given in partiality. He is not a respector of persons. Do not lose your inheritance because of deceit. Do not go backwards. There are many that were destroyed by those saying peace and safety…and sudden destruction came. There is a way that seemeth right to a man yet the end is destruction.
Micah 7:5
Trust ye not in a friend, out ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth shut from her that lieth in thy bosom.
For the son dishonoreth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter against her mother-in-law; and a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.
Therefore, I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.
Do not give in to falsehood! I f the fruits so not show then it is a lie. Is is God or man? Ask yourself. If it is a partial truth then it is a lie. His Spirit is Holy and operates in decency and in order and in truth. The Lord does not eliminate the head and call it righteous. Do not go back to where you started and where you’ve been delivered from. He’s brought you out of Egypt to be the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, the lender and not the borrower. If it is not right now, it won’t be right later. Seek the Lord no matter what you think you know. Do not lean to your own understanding.
Proverbs 15:22
Without counsel purposes are disappointed, but in the multitude of counselors they are established.
It is good to get counsel, but the counsel must be by the Holy Ghost. We cannot put our trust in man. Do not give in the adversary to take a short cut. The adversary comes to steal, kill, and destroy everything holy about you. Stand for righteousness and know that the Lord is coming with his reward upon the children of disobedience.
Matt 10:34
Think not that I am come to send peace; I came not to send peace but a sword.
For I am come to set man at variance with his father….
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Take heed to sound counsel and abide therein because some will not. There are many “Sanballats” that want to frustrate the purpose of the true saints of God on the battlefield for Christ, the living God.
