PASSIONATE PURSUIT...DO YOU KOW JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR?

​EPHESIAN 5:1-
BE YE THEREFORE FOLLOWERS OF GOD, AS DEAR CHILDREN; AND WALK IN LOVE, AS CHRIST ALSO HATH LOVED US, AND HATH GIVEN HIMSELF FOR US AS AN OFFERING AND A SACRIFICE OT GOD FOR A SWEET SAVOR.
BUT FORNICATION, AND ALL UNCLEANESS, OR COVETOUSNESS, LET IT NOT BE ONCE NAMED AMONG YOU, AS BECOMETH SAINTS;
NEITHER FILTHINESS, NOR FOOLISH TALKING, NOR JESTING, WHICH ARE NOT CONVENIENT: BUT RATHER GIVING OF THANKS.
FOR THIS YE KNOW, THAT NO WHOREMONGER, NOR UNCLEAN PERSON, NOR COVETOUS MAN, WHO IS AN IDOLATOR, HATH AN INHERITANCE IN THE KINGODM OF CHRIST AND OF GOD.
LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU WITH VAIN WORDS: FOR BECAUSE OF THESE THINGS COMETH THE WRATH OF GOD UPON THE CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE.
BE YE NOT THEREFORE PARTAKERS WITH THEM.
FOR YE WERE SOMETIME IN DARKNESS, BUT NOW ARE YE LIGHT IN THE LORD: WALK AS CHILDREN OF THE LIGHT.
(FOR THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS IN ALL GOODNESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH;)
FOR IT IS A SHAME EVEN TO SPEAK OF THOSE THINGS THAT THEY DO IN SECRET.
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Thank God for the privilege to serve him one more day and dispense the gospel to those who will have an ear to hear what the spirit has to say.
The Lord Jesus Christ commands us in this powerful word of encouragement to be followers of God. He is the good shepperd. He is known of His. He is the way. He pleads with us to walk in his love the way he loved us. He showed us how to love each other. Greater love hath no man than that he lay down his life for a friend. He gave himself and it was holy and acceptable unto God. His love is pure and self-less. Perfect love casts out all fear. Let it not be named among you at all anything that is unclean and contrary to the leading of the Holy Spirit. These things named are the character of man in the last days. You shall know them by their fruits. Be confident with full assurance that no man with such character shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. They do not have an inheritance with God. Get to know your savior. He died for you to have a right to the tree of life. He love you so much that he was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. By his stripes we were healed. Seek the Lord for his Holy Spirit to be kept in these last and evil days. God is the light and there is no darkness in him. Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart. Let his spirit guide you in the path of all truth. To be born again means putting on the newness of Christ and walking with him brings new revelation and fruits of righteousness. The things we do in his name are good ad always pleasing because our steps are ordered of the Lord.
Living in the end times you must not be in shock or awe with what you see. Be not afraid or intimidated. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, the Lord says flee from them. Be wise as a serpent and yet humble as a dove. When the Lord Jesus Christ comes to abide in your life, he makes changes for the good. You don’t want to do the same things. You embrace holiness and the revelation of his Spirit with each encounter and each prayer. Having his residence means wanting to get an understanding of his will and yet willing to submit to his hand as the potter who is shaping a work that has been foreknown before the foundations were established. The created a spiritual work. He spoke it and it was good. To know him is to know his loving kindness and his tender mercies. Because of His revelation you want to be pleasing and not just desire his hand. Growing with means setting a standard. There are rights and responsibilities and expectations. Do not partake of them that continue to walk in unrighteousness and those who do not want the completion of the Spirit. It is shameful to know what some do in secret. Yet know that the world will continue to grow evil and because of the abounding of iniquity the love of many will wax cold. Therefore, let us arise out of sleep and the Lord shall be a light unto our path.
