PASSIONATE PURSUIT...POURING HIS SPIRIT EVERYWHERE WE GO...NO FEAR

Isaiah 50:2-20
Wherefore, when I came, was there no man? When I called, was there no answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because there is no water, and dieth for thirst.
I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.
The Lord God hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.
The Lord God hath opened mine ear, I was not rebellious, neither turned my back.
I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
For the Lord God will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.
He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? Let us stand together: who is mine adversary? Let him come near to me.
Behold, the Lord God will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? Lo, they all shall wax ols as a garment; the moth shall eat them up. Who si among you that feareth the Lord, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God.
The Lord is speaking a prophetic word through the mouth of Isaiah. He asked where were you in the beginning? He has been there. He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end. The Lord has all power in his hand. His hand is not too short that he cannot save but will anyone call upon the name of the Lord while He will yet still be there to answer. He mentions that he has come against mother’s for their iniquity. Have you been paying attention? The Lord is chastening is people, yet because he still loves us and Isaiah is also speaking in frustration to encourage himself at the same time. We get frustrated and we must the word out of mouths in season and out. We can deliver ourselves with the word. There is power in spoken word. The adversary oftentimes wars in the spirit of the mind and the words of the adversary have no power, not even in the mind. We have been given all power to speak the word, the testimony and to stand in belief without wavering and without compromise. Isaiah speaks matter of fact that he knows the word and he is learned. He is not using the authority to speak of himself in a way that is puffed up but in a way that is authoritative with assurance that He knows who he is. Sometimes we must get back to being ourselves and take power away from that adversary that will have us ashamed of knowing what we do know in Christ in spite of our afflictions. We must speak to our circumstances and to our spiritual atmosphere. Cry aloud, spare not. Pray aloud. Speak with boldness. Why hide when this world has been seemingly overtaken by the other one. Jesus says that he has overcome this world. It may seem like the heathen has won, but this earth belongs to God. Stay the course and remember that He who hath began a good work in you will perform it until day of Christ Jesus. It is time to stand in the power of God! He who wins souls is wise. Isaiah mentioned that he gave his back to smiters. He made the choice, hoping that going amongst those who were in the midst of darkness, risking being hurt, it was worth it to win souls. We have become all things to all men hoping that by all means we may save some. Isaiah called all of them forth that were adversaries, those that wanted to condemn him so that might see God glorified. Fall in love with Jesus. What more could he give by making us joint-heirs and giving us His Holy Spirit? If God be for us, then who can be against us. I dare you to stand in that authority and see how God moves. Signs, miracles, and wonders will follow the believer. Remember, he laid down his life for the sheep, and had the power to pick it up again. We have that same type of power as joint-heir to do the Lord’s will. It’s time to go forth and win souls amongst the persecuted where it is not popular for the gospel to be preach. Let’s forth to folks who know nothing but Christ and him crucified. Let’s find people who want a new way of life. Let’s get to some folk that want deliverance and tell those other people that know too much goodbye. Let’s seek the true kingdom that has righteousness and holiness, and like the women in Macedonia has been praying for us to come there. Who wants to be healed? Who wants to be delivered? Let him come forth!
