PASSIONATE PURSUIT...WE MUST WORK IN THE LOVE OF CHRIST

​1 Corinthians 13:1-5
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophesy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the originator of all glory, honor, majesty, and power. Peace and truth be multiplied. It is needful to encourage you as we endure these last and evil days with a simple word and friendly reminder that we do a work of faith in the love of Christ. He created us in His likeness, meaning that He expects His chosen, who are joint-heirs of His spirit and heritage, to operate and do things after the holiness and pattern established. In the prophetic book of Revelation, the Lord Jesus addressed the church at Ephesus. This church was known as the “desirable” church. He addressed the love. Do not be weary in well doing. Do not faint. He commanded them to return to their first work where love did abide. Guard your heart, but don’t eliminate the love from my works, saith the Lord. I have loved you before foundations were established. We can speak in unknown tongues to edify our spiritual being and as a sign given to the unbeliever, but it means nothing if we are not dong it to win a soul or to edify in the purified love of Christ. In His presence is the fullness of joy and in His right hand pleasures for ever more. It is all talk and sounding brass, it is merely noise if they cannot see our Father through it. When we prophesy and speak of the unknown mysteries, and we do not do it to glorify God, the work is in vain if it is not performed in love. Sometimes, we as believers and chosen of the Most High can do some marvelous things out of obligation. We do things because we are under pressure. We do things because we are intimidated. We do things because we feel there will be consequences from God if we don’t. Yet the Lord says perfect love casts out all fear. If love isn’t present, then He is not present. His love cares, edifies, builds, and is not puffed up. His love is longsuffering and believes that all things are possible. We are living in the end times where men and women are looking for true saints of God, and the Lord has spoken through His Word that you shall know them by their fruits. We must reverence the mysteries of God as being good stewards5 that the Lord’s good is not evil spoken of through us. #SEEKHIM #PRAISE #BELIEVE
