This is everything! The passion, the pain, the frustration...the raw seek and undying love without inhibition of a God Chaser...seeking His face like never before!
DANIEL 2:22 &47
HE REVEALETH THE DEEP AND SECRET THINGS: HE KNOWETH WHAT IS IN THE DARKNESS, AND THE LIGHT DWELLETH WITH HIM.
THE KING ANSWERED UNTO DANIEL, AND SAID, OF A TRUTH IT IS, THAT YOUR GOD IS A GOD OF GODS, AND A LORD OF KINGS, AND A REVEALER OF SECRETS, SEEING THOU COULDEST REVEAL THIS SECRET.
   Matthew 10:26
fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
what i tell you in darkness, that speak ye in the light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

PSALM 32:1-8
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity and in whose spirit there is no guile.
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer.
I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin.
For this shall everyone that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
Thou art my hiding place, shalt preserve me from trouble; though shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go; I will guide thee with mine eye.
Greetings in the name our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from whom all salvation originate. Grace, peace, and love be multiplied. The Lord Jesus has blessed in abundance and particularly he has favored us to receive his forgiveness and the covering of our sins and iniquity which is granted through repentance of sin and the washing/cleansing by the blood of the lamb of God. We must repent and turn from our wicked ways. Then the Lord Jesus continues to share that we are blessed whom protects from the adversaries who attempt to impart sin and iniquity upon us…who subject our spirit man to filth and guile. Nevertheless, as a royal priesthood he has still empowered his chosen to take hold of the weak in the faith, and to bear the infirmities of the weak. We take hold as “gap fillers” and give the burdens, sin, and weight that so easily beset us, we give it to the Lord Jesus. He says, come to him for his yoke is easy and his burden is light. He cares for you. Some circumstances he has allowed for his glory while others we have experienced because of our own disobedience. Yet regardless…whether it be his perfect will or his permissive will; he has been merciful to look past our faults to meet our need for his love. No matter the affliction. No matter the test. No matter the trial; the Lord Jesus has shaped our spirit to praise him in the midst of all things. He has equipped us to remain unshaken and unmoveable and to stay the course and finish the race. He has not designed us to be silent, but to proclaim his gospel to all nations whether we be in the mountains or whether we be in the valley…His spirit must testify of his righteousness! There are appointed times where it seems as if the Lord’s hand is heavy upon his chosen. As a father and Shepperd; He is teaching us his name and having us learn his voice and his instruction even in the midst of turmoil and chaos. He is training us to hear the still small voice. He leading us in the straight gate and the narrow way. My fullness turned to emptiness. My tears could not come forth. The words of my song wouldn’t flow. The moisture of worship had turned to what seemed to be a summer’s drought until He visited me. Surely, we have recognized our wretchedness.
Rom 7:15
For that which I do I allow not: For what I would, that I do not; but what I hate, that do I.
Thanks be to the Most High who has led us by the Spirit that we are empowered to become Sons and daughters of God.
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but we have received the spirit of adoption , whereby we cry Abba Father.

PASSIONATE PURSUIT...JESUS IS THE DOOR, WILL YOU GO IN?

ACTS 3:1-10
Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called beautiful, to an alms of them that entered into the temple;
Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
And Peter fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, look on us.
And he gave heed unto them expecting to receive something of them.
Then Peter said, silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankles bones received strength.
And he heaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
Peter and John have teamed up to go forth compelling man and women to surrender, repent, and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. James, having once been part of the group, was appointed to the scattered abroad. The two had been used to work signs, miracles, and wonders and pleading with those with a spiritual ear to hear to receive of the indwelling of the Holy Ghost.
They went to the temple aa the appointed time known as the hour of prayer. Perhaps seeking to know the will of the spirit having just left Jerusalem, desiring to know how the Lord would move them next. However, as they were approaching the temple there was seen a certain man lame from the mother’s womb. He was carried there and laid daily at the gate of the temple called Beautiful. His intent for being there was to ask an alm of those entering in. This man was born lame. We must understand that what we see manifest in the natural has already existed first spiritually. Some of us have had circumstances that have had us tied up spiritually unable to move forward and have our being. Some have been born into debilitating circumstances. Yet is wasn’t because of the sins of our mother or father, but so that the Lord Jesus Christ could be glorified through our life perpetually. Someone loved him enough to pick him up everyday and they took him consistently to the same place laying him there and picking him up. They showed forth the brotherly loving kindness and faithfulness. They would bring him to the gate…the door…the entrance with hope that by going there he would make a living or get his “daily bread/provision.” The gate was called Beautiful…
Psalm 27:4
One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple.
The place where the Lord is desiring to do a work is a beautiful place. It is a place where man and women desire to be. There is love there. There is peace there. It wasn’t a dreadful, nasty, filthy place. It was clean, holy…a place that drew you nearer. There should be a beauty of the Lord that doesn’t make you want to stand outside of the gate, but draws you toward him…running to righteousness!
Psalm 24:3
Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? Who shall stand in his Holy place?
He that hath clean hands and pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul to vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
Lift up your heads, o ye gates; and be lift up, ye everlasting doors: and the king of glory shall come in.
David cried unto God to open the gates of righteousness and he would go in, and he would praise the Lord. Sometimes our circumstances or spiritual conditions can interfere with us entering the doors that the Lord has opened unto us. Life’s hindrances and situations cometimes have us in a place where we can’t see the beauty of the Lord and the “everlasting doors.” We must lift up our heads to see the glory of God. To do so on occasion requires a spiritual physician. Call upon him and he will hear. Sometimes we can go through so many strides from the outside of the gate to receive the wrong thing from others who have already surrendered to serve and have entered in to the promise. We can go through so much just to get to the door with the wrong intention or expectation. He asked an alm, a temporary thing. He was seeking for something that wouldn’t last, the cares of this life. Petere and John commanded him to look at them. There are times when it takes an encouraging word of true disciple to say look at us. We are not that great. We don’t have silver and gold, but we have a promise from God. Look at us, we are meek and of lowly estate. Look at us, we are humble servants. We are just doing the will and purpose of Christ. God is not asking much of us. He just wants us to live him with our whole heart. He will do the work in us. He will heal. He will deliver, but we need to have the expectation of the dispensation of his Holy Spirit. The man then began to pay attention to what he was saying. He heard them say they didn’t have natural cares. They didn’t have what he was asking for. However, they were willing to impart in obedience what they did have and what he needed to live in Christ. What they had was the ability to heal and they commanded him to rise up, and walk. His friends could take him only so far. They let him off at the gate everyday to make a choice. They didn’t have all he needed to enter. Once being healed he could grasp a hold of the right hand of fellowship and be lifted up to a higher place in Christ Jesus, then could he enter with rejoicing and praise.

PROPHETIC WORD BIBLE STUDY

Micah 3:1-7

And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from their bones;
Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the cauldron.
Then shall they cry unto the LOrd, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
Thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not in their mouths, they even prepare war against him.
Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
The Lord God speaks through His prophet Micah to address His chosen. He says hear what the spirit of the Lord has to say O heads of Jacob. He addresses Jacob as the natural tribe before the promise has come. He has not yet been endowed with the spirit of God. Then he calls upon the princes to signify the royal priesthood and the chosen with promise. The Lord asks the question, Is it not for you to know judgment? He has given His chosen the ability to judge righteously with no respect of people/person.
2 Chronicles 19:6-10
And said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the LOrd, who is with you in the judgment.
Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.
Moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat set of the Levites, and of the priests, and of the chief of the fathers of Israel, for the judgment of the Lord, and for controversies, when they returned to Jerusalem.
And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of the Lord, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.
And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in your cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warm them that they trespass not against the LOrd, and so wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not trespass.
We have been privileged with access to the living Word. The word He has dispensed that we rightly divide the word of truth. Yet our actions show that we hate good and love evil. These things ought not be so. We cause our own selves to perish by not taking heed to the truth and walking therein. Judgment starts at the household of faith. He is addressing corrupt leadership who have refused to execute righteous judgment.
Jeremiah 5:1-3
Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.
And though they say, The Lord liveth; surely they swear falsely.
O Lord, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.
The Lord has said woe unto them who call good evil and evil good. Woe unto them who call sweet bitter and take bitterness for sweet. There are those who are attempting to take advantage of a people who appear outwardly to be in a position of weakness. However, the Lord has simply allowed certain circumstances to occur so that His people, who are called by His name, will repent and return! He addresses corrupt leadership to say His people will not be placed in their cauldron where they can eat of their flesh. The Lord, their God, is looking past their faults to meet their needs for His love and truth and faithfulness. Those in positions of authority, who are utilizing their authority with wicked intent, the Lord is saying, there will come a day when they will cry to Him, and He will not hear them. He will reign judgment upon them, and He will have them call upon the living God, and though they call upon Him, Hee will not hear them. There is an accountability for those prophets who cause the people to err. There are those who speak judgments as the mouth of God, but it is not righteous judgment. There are those who operate in hypocrisy, and they do not righteously judge by the spirit of truth. The Lord states that the Spirit searches the deep things and discerns the mind of the Lord.

Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The true prophets will move in the spirit of wisdom, understanding, and fear of the Lord. However, the prophets that bite with their teeth and take judgment into their own hands will the Lord render judgment. Woe unto them that cry peace, peace to the people of God but do not put into their mouths, meaning they don’t speak the true Word with fear and with the fruits of the spirit. Therefore, the Lord will stop using them as His mouthpiece. They will not have a light to know the mind of the spirit. I have seen so many in leadership abuse their authority towards their flock. They have expectations that even Jesus doesn’t have. People get saved and surrender their lives to Christ, and then the leaders expect change overnight. They beat the people with the Word without teaching the way of truth and holiness. They operate in the character of man, denying the power of God, and the Lord from such, turn away. They will be ashamed for the misuse of the gift of God.

THERE IS ONE WHO THINKS HE HAS CONTROL. YOU MAY EVEN THINK THAT HE HAS CONTROL, BUT I AM STILL IN CONTROL. THERE IS ONE PRESENT WANTED YOUR VERY SOUL. ALLOW MY HOLY SPIRIT TO LEAD AND GUIDE YOU. DO NOT BE A HEARER OF THE WORLD. FEAR IS NOT AN OPTION. THERE IS ONE WHO WANTS TO WIPE YOU OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH. SURRENDER TO THE WILL OF THE SPIRIT. JUDGEMENT IS COMING. I AM BEGINNING TO SHAKE THE KINGDOM. SATAN’S KINGDOM IS COMING DOWN. SHOW MERCY TO OTHERS. BE PEACEMAKERS. THERE ARE MANY WHO DO NOT DESERVE TO HEAR ANY MORE OF THE WORD, BUT THEY WILL HEAR AND WILL REPENT. SEEK FOR MY SPIRIT AND LIVE. I HAVE RELEASED MY ANGELS TO BRING FORTH DESTRUCTION. FOR MANY IT IS ALREADY TOO LATE. MANY HAVE LAID WITH THE SERPENT. THE SERPENT IS THEIR GOD. THEY SAY THEY LOVE IN SECRET AND DO NOT TAKE HEED TO THE WORD. DESTRUCTION IS COMING. DO NOT SHOW COMPASSION, JUST SPEAK MY WORD. I WILL POUR MY SPIRIT, I WILL BE PEACE IN THE MIDST OF THE STORM.

PASSIONATE PURSUIT...IN ALL THINGS GIVE GOD THE GLORY

2 CORINTHIANS 1:1-10
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia.
Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
Blessed be God, even the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the father of mercies, and the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God for as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounded by Christ.
And whether we be afflicted it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
And our hope of you is steadfast, knowing, that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.
For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life.
But we had the sentence of death in ourselves that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raised the dead.
Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;
Paul begins writing this second letter to the Corinthian Church. The Corinthians were heavy laden in sin. They were faced with all manner of evil, He first mentions that he is an apostle and that his apostleship was not established by nab but by the will of God, he also mentions that he has a brother with him, Timothy. He is not alone in doing his Father’s will. He imparts the grace of God and peace so that the recipients of the letter can try the spirit and know in those days that they are coming in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ…thanking and giving reverence unto God who is the originator of all mercies and comfort.
Paul also mentions that Jesus Christ is the God of all comfort to remind and assure the afflicted saints living among a wicked and abominable people. Immediately he is addressing the spiritual need and tapping into the spiritual resource to impart the need for comfort. Paul states that the comforter comforts in all our tribulation so that we are able to comfort others. Therefore, by my bonds you are able to seek your own salvation with fear and trembling grasping hold of the hope knowing that if we are joint-heirs with his sufferings, we will partake of the Heavenly gift also. He said he doesn’t want us to be ignorant of the trouble that come with seeking the face of God and doing the Lord’s will. It is not a secret to youre fellow Christian and laborers in the Lord that there is power in prayer in the unity by the Holy Ghost.
Asia was a location that at one point noted in the book of Acts, the Holy Spirit forbade them to go, but then the appointed time came and a door was opened to have them disperse the gospel. Then they went and the Lord had stretched them beyond their own measure into His miraculous measure in Him. They weren’t in themselves, but in the measure of God. He had given them super natural strength to move in his spirit to do his will. The spiritual circumstance they were in had them wanting to die. Yet, to live is Christ and to die is gain. They had to die to the flesh to see the works of the spirit and to trust not in their own ability. They trusted their life in the hands of God. They learned the Lord’s name as deliverer. He will deliver if we trust in him.   #biblestudy #joinus #watch #pray #hope #faith #believe #love

A HEART’S CRY
PSALM 6:1
O’ LORD REBUKE ME NOT IN THINE ANGER, NEITHER CHASTEN ME IN THY HOT DISPLEASURE.

I HAVE LOVED THOSE THAT YOU HAVE TRUSTED ME WITH. YOU HAVE USED ME IN MIGHTY WAYS TO TEACH AND HEAL THOSE THAT YOU’VE CHOSEN. I HAVE WET MY BED WITH TEARS IN THE NIGHT FOR THOSE WHO FIND IT SO HARD TO RECEIVE YOU. THOSE WHO STOOD IN THEIR OWN WAY. THOSE WHO WERE REJECTED BY PARENTS AND LOVED ONES THINKING THEY WERE REJECTED BY YOU. THOSE WHO WEREN’T TRAINED TO CALL ON YOUR NAME. O’ MY GOD, MENDER OF BROKEN HEARTS, MY DARLING, HIDE NOT THY FACE FROM ME. IF I COULD PLEAD MY CAUSE I WOULD. IF I COULD STAND IN THE GAP I WOULD. SURELY YOU HAVE MADE ME A SIGN, YET THOSE WHO SEE ME THINK EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THEMSELVES. THEY THINK I MESSED UP. THEY THINK I’VE GONE WHERE NO MAN DESIRE TO GO. THEY LAUGH ME TO SCORN, MOCK, SHAKE THEIR HEAD AS ONE YOU’VE MADE AN OUTCAST. THEY STARE IN AWE AS ONE YOU’VE CAST AWAY AS AN ENEMY. YET THEY DON’T CONSIDER THEIR OWN WAY. YET IF I COULD GRANT THEIR PETITIONS, I WOULD. IF I COULD GIVE THEM THEIR DESIRES, I WOULD. I HAVE BEEN OBEDIENT TO MAKE MYSELF TRANSPARENT TO PORTRAY YOUR TENDER MERCIES AND LOVING KINDNESSES IN HOPE OF PROVOKING THAT PASSIONATE PURSUIT FOR THE LOVE THAT YOU’VE SHOWN ME. OH LORD HOW AM I ENCOMPASSED WITH SHAME, THE VERY SHAME YOU PAID THE PRICE FOR.
UNTO THEE WILL I CRY, O LORD MY ROCK; BE NOT SILENT TO ME: LEST, IF THOU BE SILENT TO ME, I BECOME LIKE THEM THAT GO DOWN TO THE PIT. PSALM 28:1

PASSIONATE PURSUIT...WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

EPHESIANS 4:11-14
AND HE GAVE SOME, APOSTLES; AND SOME, PROPHETS; AND SOME, EVANGELISTS, AND SOME, PASTORS AND TEACHERS;
FOR THE PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS, FOR THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY, FOR THE EDIFYING OF THE BODY OF CHRIST:
TILL WE ALL COME INTO THE UNITY OF THE FAITH AND OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD, UNTO A PERFECT MAN, UNTO THE MEASURE OF THE STATURE OF THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST.
THAT WE HENCEFORTH BE NO MORE CHILDREN TOSSED TO AND FRO; AND CARRIED ABOUT WITH
EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE BY THE SLEIGHT OF MEN, AND CUNNING CRAFTINESS, WHEREBY THEY LIE IN WAIT TO DECEIVE;
BUT SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE, MAY GROW UP INTO HIM IN ALL THINGS, WHICH IS THE HEAD, EVEN CHRIST:

The Lord desires to be reconciled and in unity with his children, so much that He came and he laid down his life, he rose to sit on the right hand of God. He poured out His Spirit upon all flesh and sent forth His Holy ministers to perfect and edify until we come to the fulness of Christ.
The Lord consistently has stated that He loves His children. We are His chosen, his heritage. He has established the standard and the path of righteousness that we should go. He said that straight is the gate and narrow is the way, yet few go therein.
There is a separation that can be a gray area for some. In all of our getting let us get an understanding of what the will of the Lord is. He desires that none should perish but that we trust and believe in him, we shall have everlasting life with him on high. However, unforgiven sin separates many from experiencing this unity that has been established by faith.
There is also a separation that the Lord has called the harvest.
Matthew 13:30
LET BOTH GROW TOGETHER UNTIL THE HARVEST: AND IN THE TIME OF THE HARVEST I WILL SAY TO THE
REAPERS, GATHER YE TOGETHER FIRST THE TARES, AND BIND THEM IN BUNDLES TO BURN THEM: BUT GATHER THE WHEAT IN THE BARN.
Matthew 25:32-33
AND BEFORE HIM SHALL BE GATHERED AL NATIONS: AND HE SHALL SEPARATE THEM ONE FORM ANOTHER, AS A SHEPHERD DIVIDETH HIS SHEEP FROM THE GOATS; AND HE SHALL SET THE SHEEP ON HIS RIGHT HAND, BUT THE GOATS ON THE LEFT.
Many of us have experienced separation at times because of sin and unbelief. Sometimes, in our youth we have gone astray in our own will and in our own authority instead of walking by His spirit and seeking Him for His righteousness. Thank God that type of separation was temporary and the Lord chastens those He loves and they repent and turn to Him through grace, mercy, patience, and longsuffering.
What we don’t want to experience is that at harvest time the Lord looks upon us and considers us a tare or a goat and we become permanently separated from the glory of the Most High and our glory becomes our shame.
The Lord stated that the unprofitable servant will be cast into outer darkness and there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
The Lord Jesus Christ moved Paul to say that he was persuaded that he would let nothing separate him from the love of Christ. We must do the work and allow the Holy Spirit to reign completely in our lives lest we be deceived and become cast aways. We must be faithful to abide in the will and purpose of
Christ. To love him is to serve him completely with our whole hearts and to be faithful over a few things.
He promised if we do so, he will make us rulers over many things and we will enter into the joy of the Lord. Separation is devastating beyond comprehension. Trust in the Lord always and do good. Lean not unto your own understanding. Have a repentant spirit. Seek him while He yet may be found.

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Proverbs 15:16-17

Better is little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble therewith. Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.

Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and mercy to the faithful doers of the Holy Word. It is needful to mention that it is important to maintain a reverent fear of the Lord. No matter the circumstances or what we see, Jesus is real. The Holy Spirit is real. He is really coming back and His reward is with Him. He is holy. Jesus Christ is the first and the last. He who was dead is risen. His love is everlasting. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. Don't allow situations, workers of iniquity, and even the pretenders to dictate your emotions, your seek, or your obedience to the Most High. It is indeed better to have a little with a fear of the Lord than to allow the intimidators to move you from your hedge of protection with the lure of great treasure and trouble with it. It's also better to have a dinner of herbs where love is than the stalled ox or fated calf and hatred therewith. The Lord is saying that there is peace when you're assured of His Word and when His children trust that He will perform it. We should desire “the more” when it's the “the more” of Him...when it's “the more” with Him. When we are content with His will and His provision then there's the purified love. Don't let the adversary steal your food...the bread of life. The just shall live by faith. #STAYTHECOURSE #WATCH #ASK #SEEK #REPENT

PROPHETIC WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

7/20/2026

Habakkuk 1

The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see. O Lord, How long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear! Even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save! Why dost thou shew iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention. Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth. Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

The prophet Habakkuk cries out to the Lord while also being used to confirm the words of Jeremiah the prophet as well. The prophet is among a people who the Lord will soon deliver to judgment. They will go into captivity. However, there is still a remnant of those who have not given to abomination and idolatry. There is corruption everywhere amongst the children of God. There are workers of iniquity that seem to prosper in their way and the prophet crying out on behalf of the righteous. It seems that the longsuffering of the Lord is taken for slackness and as if the Lord is not attentive to what's going on but he does see. He hears. He knows all things concerning His chosen. Sometimes the Lord's mercy can be taken for slack because He is abundant in mercy and tender loving kindness. There are times we are “crushed” in spirit, but the Lord says that a broken and contrite spirit He will in no ways cast away.

The prophet Habakkuk gets on his knees and begins to cry to the Lord in prayer concerning the injustice that he sees among the children of God. His heart's cry was one that provokes the Lord to speak through him prophetically. He said “Behold” you among the heathen. The Lord is saying “Look” you who are the midst of the unbeliever. Pay attention I will do a work that is going to be marvelous. These people wouldn't believe it even if it were told them. I have something prepared for the wicked, sayeth the Lord. The Lord shares with the prophet that He is raising up an enemy and this enemy will not take pity. They are terrible and dreadful. These wonders that will be performed cannot be fathomed. Even if the Lord could explain they are so full of unbelief they couldn't comprehend such revelation without experiencing for themselves. The Lord will use this enemy to devastate them in such a way the Lord doesn't put it into words.

12
Art thou not from everlasting, O Lord my God, mine Holy One? We shall not die. O Lord, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction.

The Lord confirms that some folks are set in place for the sake of judgment. There are tares that grow in the midst of the wheat. However, there will be an appointed time when the reapers will do the separation and the just shall be severed from the wicked.

Jude 4

For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus.

We cannot fret ourselves because of evildoers or be envious of those who seem to prosper in their way. They shall be cut down as the grass and become no more. Some think that the Lord worked signs, miracles, and wonders only in the form of healings or to cure someone of disease. However, He works signs for the edification of the spiritual part of us. Sometimes that involves building and establishing a reverent fear of the living God. When the Lord allowed pharaoh to come against the children in Egypt He was able to show His strength and might as a deliverer. When the Amelekites came against the children of Israel the Lord commanded Moses to hold up his hands until they were defeated. When he put his hands down they would gain ground. This gesture of obedience was symbol of praise. When we praise the Lord through circumstance and in the midst of our afflictions we overcome. When we let our hands down our enemies can gain ground. The Lord said that He will do a work among the heathen and they will wonder marvellously. His wonders will be unbelievable. Nonetheless, He will make it clear that He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. There is no other besides Him. He is the righteous judge, though, with our natural eye it seems that truth and justice tarry long.

For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to posses the dwellingplaces that are not theirs. They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves. Their horses also are swifter than the leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves: and their horsemen shall spread themselves, and their horsemen shall come from far; they shall fly as the eagle that hasteth to eat. They shall come all for violence: their faces shall sup up as the east wind, and they shall gather the captivity as the sand. And they scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it.

After having heard the prayers of Habakkuk, the Lord was merciful to give him a prophetic Word in the midst of his cries. The Lord shared that He already had a plan in place for the children of disobedience. He has given a Word in addition to the words of prophecy given by Jeremiah. He is raising up an enemy to render judgment upon the nations. The enemies will come in and they will take residence in places that were not designated to them. The Lord says that this enemy is terrible and dreadful. Just as he shared about the anti-christ to the prophet Daniel. He said the beasts were terrible and would destroy wonderfully. Their judgment and dignity will come from themselves, meaning these enemies are lawless. They don't carry integrity or pity. They live by their own set of rules and boundaries. Their animals are demonic, fierce, and swifter than what we have seen. They will come specifically for violence, not even peaceably and will take captive more than can be numbered. They will not have a reverence for kings, princes, or those in political authority.

Then shall his mind change, and he shall pass over, and offend, imputing this his power unto his god. Art thou not from everlasting, O Lord my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O Lord, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction. Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth the man that is more righteous than he?

The prophet is speaking of judgment hour for the children of God in the last days. The Lord Jesus always has an appointed time of harvest. He said he would send His reapers, who will sever the wicked from the just. During these times, the people are tried to see if they will come forth purified by fire or who will abandon their holy covenant. Many will choose to give heed to higher powers  and strange gods that are not the living God. These gods were already in place, the idolatries, and abominations. This is what provoked the judgment in the first place. There are rulers of the darkness of this world which cause the children to provoke the jealousy of the Most High. Although these things seem to have manifested naturally, this is a picture of spiritual warfare. This warfare is intense and at at time where they should call on the name of the living God, they change their mind. They relinquish their God-given authority to falsehood.

The Lord has Habakkuk ask the question, “Are you not from everlasting?” Meaning, Is there any greater than the Most High? Is His arm too short that he cannot save? Is he not the Ancient of Days and the originator of all power? Surely, if we call on the name of Jesus we shall not die. Yet, those who forsake the living God have been ordained for such condemnation. However, the Lord is not slack with His judgment, but that we shall come to the knowledge of Him and repent.

The Lord reveals that he has pure eyes and looks away from our iniquity and transgressions because of His loving kindness and tender mercies. We have yet to receive the recompense and reward for our sins because he has been faithful to forgive. However, Habakkuk urges the Lord to look. Behold what they do. If you do not intervene they shall even devour the righteous. Arise, to deliver for you are our righteousness.

And makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them? They take up all of them with the angle, they catch them in their net, and gather them in their drag: therefore rejoice and are glad. Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat plenteous. Shall they therefore empty their net, and not spare continually to slay the nations?

Habakkuk asks, Aren't we as the fish of the sea? Aren't we the seed of Abraham which cannot be numbered? We have not created ourselves. We are the Lord's heritage, called by His name for His purpose and good pleasure. We have a ruler. Jesus is the King of Kings. His kingdom is everlasting. They are taken with the angle is to say that the people are being baited. They are lured with deception. The adversary rejoices when we are caught in the snares and traps. They worship the work of their hands.

They credit the net for their abundance. Therefore, they do not acknowledge the living God as their provider, who has enlarged their territory. Their job is their worship. They put all of their time and effort into building for themselves, and delivering to the slaughter for covetousness. Therefore, are they that have forsaken the covenant caught in their own snare. Nonetheless, Habakkuk says to the Lord to not let them slay all the nations. There has to be a place to draw the line and restore to yourself O' Lord a remnant. For the elect's sake the Lord shall cut things short in righteousness. He will be to them a repairer of the breach and the God who redeems.

Prayer changes things. The effectual fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much. Jesus commanded us in the last days to watch as well as pray. He is our advocate with the Father. He will hear us.  (CHAPTER 2??)

I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Jesus comes that we may have life and have it more abundantly. He is the good shepherd. He is know of His. His sheep hear His voice. Having prayed and lamented unto the Lord, the Lord gives the prophetic concerning His people and those who do not return to him. Nonetheless, the prophet says I will watch to see what the Spirit of God will do; because the people in the midst are stiffnecked and a perverted generation. Jeremiah has given the Word. Ezekiel has given the Word. Several prophets have been sent to warn the people of the coming judgment because of the depths of the Lord's love for His children. Spiritually things seem out of control. Yet, all things have been created for him and by him.

Habakkuk will wait to see what the Lord will say. He's saying watch as a true priest and gatekeeper. While he elevates he prepares himself to be reproved by the Lord. He sees so much that he wants to be sure he is not responsible for the injustices and slack of the Lord's movement in the circumstances.  In these last days it is easy to get confused to think you've done something wrong or that chaos around you is your fault. People are stiffnecked because of you. People are going astray because of you. People aren't showing love because of you. You didn't love enough. You didn't pray enough. You didn't preach enough. A falling away must come before the end. The Word must be fulfilled. However, we must still look to the hills from which cometh our help. Look to Jesus for leadership and guidance.

The Lord answered Habakkuk's original question, “Why doest thou show me iniquity and grievance?” He instructed him to write the vision. Write what you see. With the understanding I've given you, make it plain. He said those who read it may run, meaning, they will fear the wrath to come. They will fear the judgment. They will fear the indignation. What we see is for an appointed time. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. The consequence of sin will surely come to those who refused to surrender to the living God. The Lord is merciful. He is longsuffering. He looks past our faults to meet our needs for His love. Love covers a multitude of sin. Wait on the Lord. Be of good courage. His word will not return void.

Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. Yea also because he trangresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people: Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? And to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!

The Lord says to observe the prideful man for his soul is not upright before him. Those who are justified are those who walk by faith. They shall obtain mercy and favor. They drink wine and thereby transgress. Therefore, their home is not in order in the sight of God. They have many desires but they do not originate from on High. They are not righteous to do the will and purpose of Christ. These folks cannot be satisfied with righteousness, and yet they attempt to gather other nations and compel them to follow in their wicked way. There's a cliche that states misery loves company. Hell hath enlarged herself. Even today, I am writing in the second decade of the twenty first century. There are several social media platforms that focus on multitude of followers and “friends.”

God is a jealous God. We are His creation. We belong to him. There is nothing that we have that we haven't been given. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. The Lord doesn't want us to be heavy laden and burdened down. This includes debt. He desires that we prosper and be in good health. He says there is woe to them that take on debt in attempt to increase what doesn't belong to them. This is gambling and not showing good stewardship over the Lord's provisions. He says if we be faithful over a few things he will make us a ruler over many. (Matthew 25:21)

Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee, and wake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt be for booties unto them? Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein. Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil! Thou hast consulted shame to thy house by cutting off many people, and hast sinned against thy soul. For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it. Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!

The Lord's kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. In the last days, the Lord Jesus says, “Seek him and live.” Seek for His spirit to reign because he will lead His children by the hand. He is the truth and the way. His saints will inherit the kingdom. The Lord is called a healer and a deliverer. In order for restoration of a nation to take place, he addresses sin and gets to the root of what caused the error and the children to backslide. He shared with Habakkuk that he is coming with His wrath upon the disobedient. They will get their due reward. The hearts of the people are far from the Lord. They desire inappropriate desires. Building the kingdom of God and His righteousness is not a priority of this people. They build up their own homes as if it is their own kingdom. They prioritize themselves and go forth to do their own will and obtain that which has not been set aside for them. They desire homes, businesses, and families that have not been ordained by the Most High.

These things are not natural. These things you must spiritually discern. There is spiritual warfare that is disbursed upon the chosen ones. There is a violence in the land...a spiritual violence because people are given to covetous practices. Men desire to be with another man's wife. Women desire of another woman's husband. Money, power, and respect is the driving force of the sin and the corruption in the land. Therefore, is the Word fulfilled that the wages of sin is death. They covet with an evil covetousness because they are willing to kill, steal, destroy, and conspire against the righteous in order to obtain what is not theirs. There is an appointed time to build, but woe to them that are building their own kingdoms. The Lord says the stones and beams will cry out. These corrupt foundations will not stand. The wickedness of these people cannot be put into words. Yet, the Lord did warn it shall be as the days of Noah and like unto the days of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Behold, is it not of the Lord of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity? For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Woe unto him that giveth his neighbor drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness! Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the Lord's right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory. For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
