PASSIONATE PURSUIT...PRAYER OF A GOD CHASER

PSALM 30            MY TEARS HAVE BEEN MY SORROWFUL MEAT
I WILL EXTOL THEE, O LORD; FOR THOU HAST LIFTED ME UP, AND HAST NOT MADE MY FOES TO REJOICE OVER ME.
O LORD MY GOD, I CRIED UNTO THEE, AND THOU HAST HEARD ME.
O LORD, THOU HAST BROUGHT MY SOUL FROM THE GRAVE: THOU HAST KEPT ME ALIVE, THAT I SHOULD NOT GO DOWN TO THE PIT.
SING UNTO THE LORD, O YE SAINTS OF HIS, AND GIVE THANKS AT THE REMEMBRANCE OF HIS HOLINESS.
FOR HIS ANGER ENDURETH BUT A MOMENT, IN HIS FAVOR IS LIFE; WEEPING MAY ENDURE FOR A NIGHT, BUT JOY COMETH IN THE MORNING.
PSALM 126:
THEY THAT SOW IN TEARS SHALL REAP IN JOY.
HE THAT GOETH FORTH AND WEEPING, BEARING PRECIOUS SEED, SHALL DOUBTLESS COME AGAIN WITH REJOICING, BRINGING HIS SHEAVES WITH HIM.
O thanks be to God for his holy word of encouragement! I have heard so many times, let the weak say they are strong and don’t let anyone see your tears.
However, King David cried unto God in rejoicing because the Lord protected him and would not allow his adversaries to triumph  or gain an advantage although there were many liers in wait. My heart was broken. I was distraught and I cried out unto the Lord and he healed me and delivered me from all my fears, In him have I put my trust, though my adversaries sought for my life and kick me while I was down, the Lord Jesus delivered me from the pit. My Father was angered and some of my decisions and transgressions, but he favored me with life. He remembered his promises towards his daughters and stretched out his hand of mercy toward me. He restored my soul. He healed my brokenness. The poor man cried and the Lord answered him. By His Spirit all things are possible and I will not be moved.
