Habakkuk 1:1-5
 
The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see. O Lord, How long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear! Even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save! Why dost thou shew iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention. Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth. Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.
 
The prophet Habakkuk cries out to the Lord while also being used to confirm the words of Jeremiah the prophet as well. The prophet is among a people who the Lord will soon deliver to judgment. They will go into captivity. However, there is still a remnant of those who have not given to abomination and idolatry. There is corruption everywhere amongst the children of God. There are workers of iniquity that seem to prosper in their way and the prophet crying out on behalf of the righteous. It seems that the longsuffering of the Lord is taken for slackness and as if the Lord is not attentive to what's going on but he does see. He hears. He knows all things concerning His chosen. Sometimes the Lord's mercy can be taken for slack because He is abundant in mercy and tender loving kindness. There are times we are “crushed” in spirit, but the Lord says that a broken and contrite spirit He will in no ways cast away.
 
The prophet Habakkuk gets on his knees and begins to cry to the Lord in prayer concerning the injustice that he sees among the children of God. His heart's cry was one that provokes the Lord to speak through him prophetically. He said “Behold” you among the heathen. The Lord is saying “Look” you who are the midst of the unbeliever. Pay attention I will do a work that is going to be marvelous. These people wouldn't believe it even if it were told them. I have something prepared for the wicked, sayeth the Lord. The Lord shares with the prophet that He is raising up an enemy and this enemy will not take pity. They are terrible and dreadful. These wonders that will be performed cannot be fathomed. Even if the Lord could explain they are so full of unbelief they couldn't comprehend such revelation without experiencing for themselves. The Lord will use this enemy to devastate them in such a way the Lord doesn't put it into words.

Art thou not from everlasting, O Lord my God, mine Holy One? We shall not die. O Lord, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction.
The Lord confirms that some folks are set in place for the sake of judgment. There are tares that grow in the midst of the wheat. However, there will be an appointed time when the reapers will do the separation and the just shall be severed from the wicked.
Jude 4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus.
 We cannot fret ourselves because of evildoers or be envious of those who seem to prosper in their way. They shall be cut down as the grass and become no more. Some think that the Lord worked signs, miracles, and wonders only in the form of healings or to cure someone of disease. However, He works signs for the edification of the spiritual part of us. Sometimes that involves building and establishing a reverent fear of the living God. When the Lord allowed pharaoh to come against the children in Egypt He was able to show His strength and might as a deliverer. When the Amelekites came against the children of Israel the Lord commanded Moses to hold up his hands until they were defeated. When he put his hands down they would gain ground. This gesture of obedience was symbol of praise. When we praise the Lord through circumstance and in the midst of our afflictions we overcome. When we let our hands down our enemies can gain ground. The Lord said that He will do a work among the heathen and they will wonder marvellously. His wonders will be unbelievable. Nonetheless, He will make it clear that He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. There is no other besides Him. He is the righteous judge, though, with our natural eye it seems that truth and justice tarry long.

YOU SEE IT WITH A GREAT COMING FORTH OF REALITY TV AND GOING BEHIND THE SCENES TO PEOPLE’S PERSONAL LIVES. BUT THE LORD JESUS WANTS TO BE THE ONE YOU RUN TO AND GET PERSONAL WITH! HE WANTS TO BE THE FIRST PERSON YOU CALL. HE WANTS TO BE THE FIRST ONE YOU COME CRYING TO AND GET HELP FROM. WHAT’S WRONG WITH LETTING GOD DO THE WORK? WHAT’S UP WITH BEING EMOTIONAL FOR CHRIST AND LETTING HIM SEE YOUR HURTS AND YOUR PAIN? WHY GO TO THE WORLD? WHY DEPEND ON MAN TO UNDERSTAND A SITUATION THAT THE LORD INTENTIONALLY DESIGNED FOR YOU TO DRAW CLOSER TO HIM? JESUS DIED TO HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF YOU COMING RUNNING HIM. SO GIVE EVERY HURT, ACHE AND PAIN TO HIM AND DON’T PICK IT UP AGAIN. TRUST AND DEPEND ON CHRIST. HE WILL HEAL YOU. HE WILL DELIVER YOU. THE THINGS THAT SEEM SOMETIMES SO SMALL FOR THE OTHERS IN YOUR LIFE ARE NOT TOO SMALL FOR CHRIST TOO HANDLE. SMALL THINGS BECOME BIGS THINGS IF WE DON’T ALLOW THE LORD TO HANDLE IT. LET THE LORD SHOW YOU WHO HE REALLY IS, IN ALL THINGS. HE PAID IT ALL TO HAVE IT ALL. SO GIVE IT ALL.

THOUGH IT MAY SEEM LIKE THERE IS A REWARD FOR LOVING, THERE IS. THERE IS A HEAVENLY REWARD IN CHRIST. HE IS OUR EXCEEDINGLY GREAT REWARD. SO WE OUGHT TO GLADLY BE SPENT FOR THE SAKE OF PURIFIED LOVE THOUGH THE LESS I BE LOVED. THE LOVE TAKES AWAY THE EXCUSES. THERE WILL NEVER BE A GOOD EXCUSE FOR WHY YOU DIDN’T LOVE SOMEONE EVEN IF THEY HATED YOU WITHOUT A CAUSE. WE ABSTAIN FROM ALL APPEARANCE OF EVIL AND DON’T LET YOUR GOOD BE EVIL SPOKEN OF. IN TROUBLES, IN TUMULTS, IN MISUNDERSTANDINGS, IN PERPLEXITIES, IN FRUSTRATIONS, IN UPS, IN DOWNS, IN THE MOUNTAINS, IN THE VALLEYS, IN BROKENNESS, IN SORROWS, IN REJOICINGS, WE STILL BREAK THROUGH THE FLESH. O’ LORD REBUKE ME NOT IN THINE ANGER, NEITHER CHASTEN ME IN THY HOT DISPLEASURE.
 
I HAVE LOVED THOSE THAT YOU HAVE TRUSTED ME WITH. YOU HAVE USED ME IN MIGHTY WAYS TO TEACH AND HEAL THOSE THAT YOU’VE CHOSEN. I HAVE WET MY BED WITH TEARS IN THE NIGHT FOR THOSE WHO FIND IT SO HARD TO RECEIVE YOU. THOSE WHO STOOD IN THEIR OWN WAY. THOSE WHO WERE REJECTED BY PARENTS AND LOVED ONES THINKING THEY WERE REJECTED BY YOU. THOSE WHO WEREN’T TRAINED TO CALL ON YOUR NAME. O’ MY GOD, MENDER OF BROKEN HEARTS, MY DARLING, HIDE NOT THY FACE FROM ME. IF I COULD PLEAD MY CAUSE I WOULD. IF I COULD STAND IN THE GAP I WOULD. SURELY YOU HAVE MADE ME A SIGN, YET THOSE WHO SEE ME THINK EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THEMSELVES. THEY THINK I MESSED UP. THEY THINK I’VE GONE WHERE NO MAN DESIRE TO GO. THEY LAUGH ME TO SCORN, MOCK, SHAKE THEIR HEAD AS ONE YOU’VE MADE AN OUTCAST. THEY STARE IN AWE AS ONE YOU’VE CAST AWAY AS AN ENEMY. YET THEY DON’T CONSIDER THEIR OWN WAY. YET IF I COULD GRANT THEIR PETITIONS, I WOULD. IF I COULD GIVE THEM THEIR DESIRES, I WOULD. I HAVE BEEN OBEDIENT TO MAKE MYSELF TRANSPARENT TO PORTRAY YOUR TENDER MERCIES AND LOVING KINDNESSES IN HOPE OF PROVOKING THAT PASSIONATE PURSUIT FOR THE LOVE THAT YOU’VE SHOWN ME. OH LORD HOW AM I ENCOMPASSED WITH SHAME, THE VERY SHAME YOU PAID THE PRICE FOR.

​THE STRENGTH OF THE LORD
SOMETIMES IT’S HARD TO REALIZE THAT THE REASON YOU’RE STILL HERE IS BECAUSE YOU’VE BEEN GOING IN THE STRENGTH OF THE LORD. WE GET SO INVOLVED SOMETIMES WITH WHAT’S GOING ON AROUND US AND WHAT MAY SEEM NEGATIVE THAT SOMETIMES WE LOSE FOCUS ON THE FACT THAT THE LORD COULD’VE ALLOWED OTHER THINGS TO HAPPEN THAT WERE A LOT LESS APPEALING. DAY TO DAY WE LOOK TO JESUS AS OUR HOPE AND OUR WEAKNESS PERFECTED IN HIS STRENGTH. SO OFTEN THE ENEMY BRINGS OUR ATTENTION SO QUICKLY TO THINGS THAT MAY APPEAR TO BE WRONG OR LACKING WHEN THE SPIRIT GREATLY DESIRES FOR US TO SEE LOVE ND POSSIBILITY AND TO PERFECT THAT WHICH MAY BE LACKING. CHRIST HAS BEEN OUR STRENGTH SINCE HE SPOKE US INTO EXISTENCE. WE MUST UTILIZE THIS SAME STRENGTH WHEN IT SEEMS LIKE LOVE IS LACKING, HOPE IS LACKING, OR IT SEEMS LIKE WE ARE BARELY HOLDING ON. WE MUST FOCUS ON THE POSSIBILITY OF THE MOVE OF HIS SPIRIT NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION LOOKS LIKE OR WHAT THE ENEMY IS TELLING US. FAITH AND HOPE IN THE POSSIBILITY IS WHAT MOVES GOD. THROUGH HIM WE FIND THAT ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. THIS STRENGTH KEEPS US STANDING ON HIS PROMISES, HOPING IN HIS LOVE, AND BELIEVING BEYOND ALL LOGIC. HE IS…HE IS…AND HE WILL.
I THES 3:9-10
FOR WHAT THANKS CAN WE RENDER TO GOD AGAIN FOR YOU, FOR ALL THE JOY WHEREWITH WE JOY FOR YOUR SAKES BEFORE OUR GOD;

WHO IS WORTHY?

AND I WEPT MUCH BECAUSE NO MAN WAS FOUND WORTHY TO OPEN AND TO READ THE BOOK, NEITHER TO LOOK THEREON.
AND ONE OF THE ELDERS SAITH UNTO ME, WEEP NOT: BEHOLD, THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH, THE ROOT OF DAVID, HAVE PREVAILED TO OPEN THE BOOK, AND TO LOOSE THE SEVEN SEALS THEREOF.
 
ON THE RIGHT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF STRENGTH, POWER, MIGHT, HEALING, AND DELIVERANCE.
DAVID PENNED THAT THE LORD IS ON HIS RIGHT HAND THAT HE SHOULD NOT BE MOVED.
THEREIS A BOOK IN THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD WHO IS THE RIGHTEOUS JUST JUDGE. SEVEN IS SYMBOLIC OF THE KINGDOM OF THE LIVING GOD, HIS SEVEN CHURCHES, AND HIS SEVEN SPIRITS OF JUDGMENT (ISAIAH 11). IT ALSO REPRESENTS AUTHORSHIP AND AUTHORITY.
WHEN YOU HAVE A BOOK, ONE OF THE FIRST QUESTIONS ONE IS ASKED IS, “WHO WROTE THE BOOK?” THERE WAS A NEED FOR RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT AND THEREFORE THERE WAS A NEED FOR THE AUTHOR BECAUSE EVEN BEFORE WE WERE FORMED IN THE WOMB, THE LORD KNEW US.
MEANING, HE DESIGNED US AND CONSTRUCTED US ACCORDING TO HIS WILL AND PURPOSE.
“FOR THOU HAST CREATED ALL THINGS, AND FOR THY PLEASURE THEY ARE AND WERE CREATED” (REV. 4:11)
Even the strong angel could only proclaim we are all a lump of clay ordained by the master potter all have been given a measure of faith. Within that measure of faith are the gifts of the spirit and the fruits of the spirit. The first is love which covers a multitude of sins. There was no one found (qualified) to even look thereon to determine the love, long suffering, patience, mercy, grace, forgiveness, gentleness, or any other portion of the measure by which the lord is using to judge your life on earth.
John was instructed to bear record of what he saw. He was a seer prophet. When he saw what he saw he wept because within his spirit no one was worthy. The lord designed his creations to desire his righteousness. He said seek the kingdom. He said seek the kingdom ad all of its righteousness and all other things shall be added. Our spirit desires to know righteousness. David cried to the lord, teach me to know mine end and to number my days. Teach me thy precepts. His spirit knew that within was the righteousness of God. To be able to prevail, overcome, and to obtain righteous judgement, there was a fight on our behalf.
 
EPHESIANS 3:17-19
 
THAT CHRIST MAY DWELL IN YOUR HEARTS BY FAITH; THAT YE, BEING ROOTED AND GROUNDED IN LOVE, MAY BE ABLE TO COMPREHEND WITH ALL SAINTS WHAT IS THE BREADTH, AND LENGTH, AND DEPTH, AND HEIGHT; AND TO KNOW THE LOVE OF CHRIST, WHICH PASSETH KNOWLEDGE, THAT YE MIGHT BE FILLED WITH ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD.
 
The elder said weep not because the lamb of God hath prevailed. Often times we weep because of situations that require a Savior. We need our Potter to shape and mold us. Our Spirit weeps with desire to comprehend the length, breadth, depth, and the height of the Love of Christ, and what he is willing to do to maintain his righteousness and be glorified in our life. 
 
The Lord Jesus Christ was given to us by the Father. In the Book of Hebrews God said prepare me a body because He desired to give the Son unto us, wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities. He prevailed for us on the cross. He prevailed having seven horns (authorities, powers) which are the seven Spirits of God. 
 
Isaiah 11:1-5
 
AND THERE SHALL COME FORTH A ROD OUT OF THE STEM OF JESSE, AND A BRANCH SHALL GROW OUT OF HIS ROOTS: AND THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD SHALL REST UPON HIM, THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING, THE SPIRIT OF COUNSEL AND MIGHT, THE SPIRIT OF KNOWLEDGE AND OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD. AND SHALL MAKE HIM OF QUICK UNDERSTANDING IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD: AND HE SHALL NOT JUDGE AFTER THE SIGHT OF HIS EYES, NEITHER REPROVE AFTER THE HEARING OF HIS EARS: BUT WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS SHALL HE JUDGE THE POOR, AND REPROVE WITH EQUITY. FOR THE MEEK OF THE EARTH: AND HE SHALL SMITE THE EARTH WITH THE ROD OF HIS MOUTH, AND WITH THE BREADTH OF HIS LIPS SHALL HE SLAY THE WICKED. AND RIGHTEOUSNESS SHALL BE THE GIRDLE OF HIS LOINS, AND FAITHFULNESS THE GIRDLE OF HIS REIGNS. 
 
AND HE CAME AND TOOK THE BOOK OUT OF THE RIGHT HAND OF HIM THAT SAT UPON THE THRONE. 
 
Jesus Christ is the risen Savior. He is the one slain and the only one worthy to open the book of our lives. He is risen to sit on the right hand of God until his enemies are made his footstool.
 
AND WHEN HE HAD TAKEN THE BOOK, THE FOUR BEASTS AND FOUR AND TWENTY ELDERS FEEL DOWN BEFORE THE LAMB, HAVING EVERY ONE OF THEM HARPS, AND GOLDEN VIALS FULL OF ODOURS, WHICH ARE THE PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS.
 
We must rejoice because the account of our works of righteousness and faith is in the hands of the Son of God. Our life is in his hands.
 
John 10:27-30
 
MY SHEEP HEAR MY VOICE, AND I KNOW THEM, AND THEY FOLLOW ME:AND I GIVE UNTO THEM ETERNAL LIFE; AND THEY SHALL NEVER PERISH, NEITHER SHALL ANY MAN PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY HAND. MY FATHR, WHICH GAVE THEM ME, IS GREATER THAN ALL; AND NO MAN IS ABLE TO PLUCK THEM OUR OF MY FATHER’S HANDS. I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE.
 
Luke 10:19-20
 
BEHOLD, I GIVE UNTO YOU POWER TO TREAD ON SERPENT AND SCORPIONS, AND OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY: NOTWITHSTANDING IN THIS REJOICE NOT, THAT THE SPIRITS ARE SUBJECT UNTO YOU; BUT RATHER, BECAUSE YOUR NAMES ARE WRITTEN IN HEAVEN.

Song of Solomon 3:1-2

By night on my bed I sought him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
I will rise now, and go about the city in the streets, and in the broadways I will seek him, whom my soul loveth: I sought him but I found him not...
I had been searching diligently for my brothers and my sisters...those whom my soul did love....and from afar off in the streets of the city I thought I recognized them. I made my way closer. I ran toward them. As I drew closer and closer, there was affliction and great stones thrown toward me. I elevated and overcame the stumbling blocks in the path. My vision became clearer as I I drew near and when I reached those whom my soul did love, I found that there was a great resemblance of my brothers and sisters whom my soul did love  but I found they were NOT my brothers and sisters after all.
Yet in the meantime was the scripture fulfilled in Isaiah 65:1
I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
....and
Ezekiel 34:16
I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.
And though my soul has been greatly afflicted, troubled on every side, persecuted; yet it has not been destroyed. So that the life of Christ may be made manifest in my body and redound to the Glory of God.
I will continue to be all things to all men so that in all things Christ may be glorified!! For the Heavens do rejoice over that one lost soul being saved... which one I once was...to God be the Glory.

II Corinthian 11:22-28


ARE YE HEBREWS? SO AM I. ARE THEY ISRAELITES? SO AM I. ARE THEY THE SEED OF ABRAHAM? SO AM I.
ARE THEY MINISTERS OF CHRIST?( I SPEAK AS A FOOL) I AM THE MORE; IN LABOURS MORE ABUNDANT, IN STRIPES ABOVE MEASURE, IN PRISONS MORE FREQUENT, IN DEATHS OFT.
OF THE JEWS FIVE TIMES RECEIVED I FORTY STRIPES SAVE ONE. THRICE WAS I BEATEN WITH RODS, ONCE WAS I STONED, THRICE I SUFFERED SHIPWRECK, A NIGHT AND A DAY I HAVE BEEN IN THE DEEP;
IN JOURNEYINGS OFTEN, IN PERILS OF WATER, IN PERILS OF ROBBERS, IN PERILS BY MINE OWN COUNTRYMEN, IN PERILS BY THE HEATHEN, IN PERILS IN THE CITY, IN PERILS IN THE WILDERNESS, IN PERILS IN THE SEA, IN PERILS AMONG FALSE BRETHREN;
IN WEARINESS AND PAINFULNESS, IN WATCHINGS OFTEN, IN HUNGER AND THIRST, IN FASTINGS OFTEN, IN COLD AND NAKENDNESS.
BESIDE THOSE THINGS THAT ARE WITHOUT, THAT WHICH COMETH UPON ME DAILY, THE CARE OF ALL THE CHURCHES.


These are some perilous times that we are living in. Yet the testimony of Paul is an encouragement, because he first persecuted the church. His sin and zeal without knowledge was known among so many. However, the Lord Jesus Christ delivered him from his own self and made him a minister to the gentiles. He became a fool for righteousness sake. His life became a living sacrifice unto the Living God. He suffered many things, but it was because he was walking in obedience to spread the gospel to all the lands. Are you a true comrade? Where are the true saints that are willing to pray people through a crisis and through the perils that come upon the saints in these last and evil days. Many have been suffering in the deep and in the wilderness attempting to do the Lord's will and purpose.

Ministry is so much more than simply preaching a word to someone. However, our preaching is not in word only but with the power of the Holy Ghost. With signs, miracles and wonders we compel men and women. The impartations will change lives forever to do that which is pleasing in the sight of God. To the Jews I became a Jew...meaning I was able to partake and understand the sufferings and the overcoming power that comes with believing on the name of Jesus. Yet we endure as good soldiers and fight a good fight. Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is offended, and I burn not? I become as the weak in the midst of these perils that I might gain the more unto the Living God that they may be a brand plucked out of the fire. I, too, am offended by the things I continue to see and by the things that we have allowed to occur as a nation once chosen and favored by the Most High. Yet, in weariness and painfulness we seek the spirit of the living God that much the more for his strength is perfected in our weakness. The passion after God's own heart shall continue to drive me to my knees to seek his will...to praise him in the midst of adversity. I know nothing except Christ Jesus was crucified and is risen for my sake to sit on the right hand of God. Therefore, I have learned that no matter what state I'm in or what my circumstance may seem like...I've learned how to be abased and how to abound in the love of Christ and the measure He's given to do his work.
Many of the things that we are going through we are suffering at the hands of our own countrymen. We are suffering in the midst of false brethren. There are people around us in positions of high authority working iniquity and spiritual wickedness in high places. It wasn't the world or the Romans that delivered Jesus up but it was his own people. We must continue to do the Lord's work and to do the Lord's will while still abstaining from the appearance of evil. Do not take down or give up. Commune with thine own heart and meditate on the word day and night. Seek out your own salvation with both fear and trembling. Your labor is not vain. The harvest is plenteous , yet the laborers a few. Pray without ceasing and when you have done all stand and see the salvation of the Lord.

BUT THOUGH WE, OR AN ANGEL FROM HEAVEN, PREACH ANY OTHER GOSPEL UNTO YOU THAN THAT WHICH WE HAVE PREACHED UNTO YOU, LET HIM BE ACCURSED.
AS WE SAID BEFORE, SO SAY I NOW AGAIN, IF ANY MAN PREACH ANY OTHER GOSPEL UNTO YOU THAN THAT YE HAVE RECEIVED, LET HIM BE ACCURSED.
FOR DO I NOW PERSUADE MEN OR GOD? OR DO I SEEK TO PLEASE MEN? FOR IF I YET PLEASED MEN, I SHOULD NOT BE THE SERVANT OF CHRIST.
BUT I CERTIFY YOU, BRETHREN THAT THE GOSPEL WHICH WAS PREACHED OF ME IS NOT AFTER MAN.
FOR I NEITHER RECEIVED IT OF MAN, NEITHER WAS I TAUGHT IT , BUT BY THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST.
COLOSSIANS 2:18-23
LET NO MAN BEGUILE YOU OF YOUR REWARD IN A VOLUNTARY HUMILITY AND WORSHIPPING OF ANGELS, INTRUDING INTO THOSE THINGS WHICH HE HATH NOT SEEN, VAINLY PUFFED UP BY HIS FLESHLY MIND.
AND NOT HOLDING THE HEAD, FROM WHICH ALL THE BODY BY JOINTS AND BANDS HAVING NOURISHMENT MINISTERED, AND KNIT TOGETHER INCREASETH WITH THE INCREASE OF GOD.
WHEREFORE IF YE BE DEAD WITH CHRIST FROM THE RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD, WHY, AS THOUGH LIVING IN THE WORLD, ARE YE SUBJECT TO ORDINANCES, (TOUCH NOT, TASTE NOT; HANDLE NOT; WHICH ALL ARE TO PERISH WITH THE USING;) AFTER THE COMMANDMENTS AND DOCTRINES OF MEN?
WHICH THINGS HAVE INDEED A SHEW OF WIDOM IN WILL-WORSHIP, AND HUMILITY, AND NEGLECTING OF THE BODY; NOT IN ANY HONOUR TO THE SATISFYING OF THE FLESH.
BEWARE LEST ANY MANSPOIL YOU THROUGH PHILOSOPHY AND VAIN DECEIT, AFTER THE TRADITION OF MEN, AFTER THE RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD, AND NOT AFTER CHRIST.
THE LORD JESUS CHRISST CAME WE THAT WE SHOULD HAVE LIFE AND HAVE IT MORE ABUNDANTLY. HE IS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH. HE SAID FREELY HE HAS GIVEN AND THEREFORE WE SHOULD FREELY GIVE AND REJOICING BY FAITH. THAT’S THE KIND OF GOD WE SERVE. HE IS NOT A BULLY. JESUS LOVES AND CARES FOR HIS CHILDREN. HE IS THE GOOD SHEPPARD AND IS KNOWN OF HIS. HE IS THE BREAD OF LIFE. HIS ORDINANCES AND PRECEPTS ARE WRITTEN FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS SAKE AND HOLINESS. HE HASN’T GIVEN PRECEPTS TO CREATE TURMOIL AND CHAOS BUT TO BUILD UNITY AND STREGTH. HE HAS EVEN POURED OUT HIS HOLY SPIRIT TO WHOMEVER WILL DESIRE TO RECEIVE HIM. WE MUST ALLOW HIS PURIFIED LOVE TO REIGN IN THE CENTER OF OUR LIVES. CLEARLY THERE IS NO PEACE WITHOUT THE PRINCE OF PEACE. WE CANOT CONTINUE TO ALLOW THE ELIMINATION OF THE SPIRIT IN OUR SCHOOLS AND AMONGST THOSE IN THE WORKPLACE AND STILL HAVE AN EXPECTATION OF RIGHTEOUS END RESULT. NO LONGER CAN WE ALLOW SUBSTITUTION OF THE TRUE AND LIVING GOD. HE DIED SO THAT WE COULD BE FREE TO DO HIS WILL AND HIS PURPOSE. HE DIDN’T INTEND FOR HIS CHOSEN TO USE THEIR AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH RUDIMENTS AND ORDINANCES THAT WERE CONTRARY TO THE LIVING WORD OF GOD.
COLOSSIANS 3:5
MORTIFY THEREFORE YOUR MEMBERS WHICH ARE UPON THE EARTH; FORNICATION, UNCLEANESS, INORDINATE AFFECTION, EVIL CONCUPISCENCE, COVETOUSNESS, WHICH IS IDOLATRY. FOR WHICH THINGS SAKE THE WRATH OF GOD COMETH UPON THE CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE.
THE LORD PLEADS WITH THE CHILDREN TO WALK AFTER THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO NOT FULFIL THE LUSTS OF THE FLESH. HE SAYS WHEN WE DO NOT PUT TO DEATH THOSE DESIRES OF THE FLESH, IT IS CONSIDERED TO HIM IDOLATRY. THIS TYPE OF IDOLATRY IS SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS. WHEN A PERSON PUTS THEMSELVES BEFORE THE WILL AND PURPOSE OF CHRIST. BY DOING SO CAUSES THE WRATH OF GOD TO COME UPON THOSE WHO WANT TO WALK IN DISOBEDIENCE. THE LORD CHASTENS HIS CHILDREN BUT WE DON’T WANT TO WALK AS CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE BECAUSE WE WALK AFTER THE CARES OF THE WORLD INSTEAD OF SEEKING HIM FOR HIS SPIRIT OF HOLINESS.
PUT ON THEREFORE, AS THE ELECT OF GOD, HOLY AND BELOVED, BOWELS OF MERCIES, KINDNESS, HUMBLENESS OF MIND, MEEKNESS, LONGSUFFERING;
FORBEARING ONE ANOTHER, AND FORGIVING ONE ANOTHER, IF ANY MAN HAVE A QUARREL AGAINST ANY: EVEN AS CHRIST FORGAVE YOU, SO ALSO DO YE.
