PASSIONATE PURSUIT…STRAIGHT SHOOTIN’

1 THESS 3:1-3
WHEREFORE WHEN WE COULD NO LONGER FORBEAR, WE THOUGHT IT BE GOOD TO BE LEFT AT ATHENS ALONE; AND SEND TIMOTHEUS, OUR BROTHER, AND MINISTER OF GOD, AND OUR FELLOW-LABORER IN THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST, TO ESTABLISH YOU, AND TO COMFORT YOU CONCERNING YOUR FAITH:
THAT NO MAN SHOULD BE MOVED BY THESE AFFLICTIONS : FOR YOURSELVES KNOW THAT WE ARE APPOINTED THEREUNTO.

I don’t know about you but I’m going to get right to the word with regards to shootin straight and getting to the heart of the matter. I am tired of church! I am tired of religion! I am tired of folks  that claim to be men and women of the most High, but their fruits don’t show. We all have to walk the talk and not just be hearers but doers also. I’m tired of folks who are not willing to do what it takes or to fellowship looking down on those who are willing to do the work…who are willing to seek the face of God. Where are those that desire to walk in the purified love of Christ that covers a multitude of sins? Where are the saints of God that are willing to hold all night prayer meetings to pray you out of prison?!! Those prayer warriors that won’t laugh at your pain, mock you, and kick you while you’re down? I am tired of claiming to be seasoned in the lord looking upon us in judgment who want to be obedient to do the will and purpose of Christ. Their on their high horses but wont come down, having a form of godliness denying the power of God. These same people got your life figure out but have no clue about their own. They are Pharisees and Scribes that don’t enter into the kingdom and don’t want you to enter in either! Where are the overcomers?….the ones who need someone to praise with them and seek with them so they can make in when Jesus Christ comes for His church without spot or wrinkle. Jesus is the one who laid down His life and had the power to pick it up again. So, what’s up with folks thinking they have “arrived” and they act as if they got there on their own. If it hadn’t been for the Lord who was on our side we surely wouldn’t have made it. We have this far by faith and because of His grace and mercy that we are not consumed. Jesus paid the price with his blood. His love is the reason that I’m still here to testify of that love. That love persuaded me to persevere through the trials and the tests that have come to purify us like gold, that we may stand in these last days.
We cannot be moved by the afflictions that come to make us strong and abound in the love of Christ. We cannot be taken with sudden bewilderment or astonishment when we see men and women who claim to b e men and women of the cloth operate in the character of man in the last days. Nothing happens that the Lord Jesus Christ has not allowed to happen for His glory and for His purpose. We must overcome and endure to the end. For now we live if we stand fast in the Lord. So, the things that I’m tired of seeing I will overcome by overcoming and encouraging myself and others to walk by His spirit and be the standard of righteousness that we desire to see in others. Abide in the vine and hold fast to what we have been taught in the beginning so that righteous judgment can prevail. Do His will. Do His purpose. Do not waver. Do not compromise. Do not take down for the enemy or sin. #seek #fight #overcome
