SECRETS OF A GOD CHASER
This is everything! The passion, the pain, the frustration...the raw seek and undying love without inhibition of a God Chaser...seeking His face like never before!
DANIEL 2:22 &47
HE REVEALETH THE DEEP AND SECRET THINGS: HE KNOWETH WHAT IS IN THE DARKNESS, AND THE LIGHT DWELLETH WITH HIM.
THE KING ANSWERED UNTO DANIEL, AND SAID, OF A TRUTH IT IS, THAT YOUR GOD IS A GOD OF GODS, AND A LORD OF KINGS, AND A REVEALER OF SECRETS, SEEING THOU COULDEST REVEAL THIS SECRET.
   Matthew 10:26
fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
what i tell you in darkness, that speak ye in the light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

I had gotten a little frustrated with driving my son to college. Despite trying to teach him to drive, he couldn't seem to pass the test and get his license. The school is about 30 miles away so that meant driving two hours daily to drop him off and pick him up. The Lord blessed him to not just get financial aid but also do the work study program. So instead of him  getting a job somwhere like McDonalds or some other job that I would also be responsible for driving him, He can work and make money at school. The Lord blessed him to meet someone who was able and willing to take him back and forth each because they were going the same direction. A stranger the Lord used to show favor. So I am blessed to not have to travel so far and blessed that he has a job to make money at school to give this person gas money. Grateful for the small things. Thank God for favor.

Be Encouraged

Sometimes there’s not much to say when you’re in the midst of warfare. Keep fighting the good fight of faith. The enemy is crafty desiring to wearout the saints and he send his paratroopers to try to get you to stumble in your belief. Sometimes the situation /circumstance seems like more than you can bear. Jesus is still a refuge, a present help in the time of trouble. Let Jesus do the dirty work and hide you in the shadow of his wings. Remember we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against powers and spiritual wickedness in high places. These demonic forces when they come upon you they are strong and they make things appear worse than they really are. Jesus is stronger. Let Him be your strength. By His Spirit all things are possible and the battle is already won. There no trap or snare that Christ won’t deliver you out of if you continue to lean and depend on him.
Psalm 116:10-13
I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:
I said in my haste, all men are liars.
What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me?
I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord.

Children at liesure... and hell breaking loose

Children at leisure…and hell breaks loose

Job prayed often. He spent much time giving sacrifice and supplication on behalf of is children. Not knowing if they had committed sin or not, he prayed just in case. Yet while the children were at leisure seeming without a care at all, they are not on guard and the enemy is granted permission to take them out. It seems as if all hell breaks loose, because the children of the heritage should have been watching and praying. However, they were not effective keepers of the gate. We must be watchful and remain in constant prayer lest we be caught unawares by liers in wait, waiting for us to be off of our post.  What happens when all hell breaks loose? What happens when the Lord allows to be taken away the very thing you have prayed for everyday? What do you do when it seems that everything is lost because the enemy makes a bet on your life with the Lord?
Ezek 24:15-16
Also the Word of the Lord came unto me, saying, son of man, Behold, I take away from thee the desire of thine eyes with a strike; yet neither shalt thou mourn nor weep, neither shall thy tears run down.
Just a word from the Lord can change a life and a season. What is the desire of your eye? It is a daughter? A son? Your family? Your career? His livelihood and what took years to establish was wiped away in a moment. Even the most passive person when you start touching things they love will start to get their household in order. They clean house. They put their spouses in check. They put their children in check and they clear their inner circle of foolishness. Job40:7 The Lord tells Job to present himself like a man and give answers unto the Lord. This is significant to conclude that Job didn’t always take a strong stand but one of a passive similar to what we studied with David and his children. We must not slack with telling our children that the wages of sin is death. The gift of God is eternal life. However, to whom much is given much is required.
The Lord hath warned us through his prophetic that more demonic forces have been released into the earth. We must stand in righteousness. We are a priesthood. What have we done to set a standard of righteousness for our children? When the Lord makes a bet on your life will you remain standing in faithfulness? Will you still believe?

The Very Thing I Prayed For...

The Very Thing I Prayed For…
Job 1
Job is a nation. He is a father, a good praying father whom the Lord desires to exalt greatly. He needs improvement. He wants to take him higher heights and deeper depths. The basis of his relationship was prayer. He gives it such meaning to pray and hear from the Lord. He’s righteous and yet the family heritage he has doesn’t line up with the Word just yet. The Word says that a good tree brings forth good fruit (Matt 7:17). The fear of the Lord isn’t there amongst his children. They’ve taken advantage of the Grace…they seem to be like those with the character of man ungrateful, unholy, and fulfilling the lusts of the flesh. A question of loyalty and faithfulness is how this starts. His wife thinks he’s crazy. His friends think he has sinned a great sin and He’s lost nearly everything. Seemed like the wrath and fury of the Lord has come upon him. There’s nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and no one to call. The Lord had allowed the enemy to have his way. He took away what he prayed for, his family, The Lord was done hearing repetitive prayers for children who didn’t have their heart set toward righteousness. What do you pray for now? What do you say to the Lord who has allowed the enemy to wreak havoc as you sit and drain blisters wondering why and yet still loving the Holy Word? Friends sit and talk shooting what knowledge they have of God about what they think they know about what the Lord will and won’t do. They reason among themselves but does anyone say a prayer for Job that he gets a revelation through this crisis? What is the Lord wanting to show me? Surrender more? Humble myself more? He had to get a backbone and be more of a head of his household than he was before to put reverent fear among his family that the Lord will soon bless him with. He has to give account to the Lord. The Lord comes in a whirlwind. We learn that prayers much change. They must be lined up with the will of Christ. Each day is not just business as usual but as we watch and pray we must seek for what the Lord wants to do. Learn that in Christ all things are possible, nothing should be shock and awe. He is able! The fruit changed, not just in a natural way but in an everlasting way. He had been given a new heritage that lined up with the will and purpose of Christ. Is there something or someone you’ve been praying for that seems to have been taken away?

...and the times He winked

Acts 17:30
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent.

As the Lord Jesus continues to show us his longsuffering and that He is not slack with His coming. I am compelled to speak that we ought to repent of all of our wrongdoing and return to a reverent fear of the true and living God. Many people are suffering but they are not suffering for righteous sake. Now is the time for self-examination lest we fall into the hands of an angry God. There have been numerous instances where we have been ignorant and the Lord winked at it and allowed room for our repentance. However, when you look at your life are you seeking righteousness and keeping the flesh under subjection? Are you walking in the Spirit? If we pray for things but don’t activate our faith with a righteous walk then we will be held accountable. Judgment starts at the household of faith. The tares will be removed shortly. Cry unto the Lord and bring forth fruits worthy of repentance. The Lord will hear and He will heal, deliver, and set free when there is surrender to Him with your whole heart.
