SECRETS OF A GOD CHASER
This is everything! The passion, the pain, the frustration...the raw seek and undying love without inhibition of a God Chaser...seeking His face like never before!
DANIEL 2:22 &47
HE REVEALETH THE DEEP AND SECRET THINGS: HE KNOWETH WHAT IS IN THE DARKNESS, AND THE LIGHT DWELLETH WITH HIM.
THE KING ANSWERED UNTO DANIEL, AND SAID, OF A TRUTH IT IS, THAT YOUR GOD IS A GOD OF GODS, AND A LORD OF KINGS, AND A REVEALER OF SECRETS, SEEING THOU COULDEST REVEAL THIS SECRET.
   Matthew 10:26
fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
what i tell you in darkness, that speak ye in the light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF ROYALTY?

 I PETER 2:6-9
WHERFORE ALSO IT IS CONTAINED IN THE SCRIPTURES, BEHOLD, I LAY IN SION A CHIEF CORNER STONE, ELECT, PRECIOUS: AND HE THAT BELIEVETH ON HIM SHALL NOT BE CONFOUNDED.
UNTO YOU THEREFORE WHICH BELIEVE HE IS PRECIOUS: BUT UNTO THEM WHICH BE DISOBEDIENT, THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDER DISALLOWED, THE SAME IS MADE THE HEAD OF THE CORNER,
AND A STONE OF STUMBLING, AND A ROCK OF OFFENCE, EVEN TO THEM WHICH STUMBLE AT THE WORD, BEING DISOBEDIENT: WHEREUNTO ALSO THEY ARE APPPOINTED.
BUT YE ARE A CHOSEN GENERATION, A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, AN HOLY NATION, A PECULIAR PEOPLE; THAT SHOULD SHEW FORTH THE PRAISES OF HIM WHO HATH CALLED YOU OUT OF DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELLOUS LIGHT:
We must walk worthy of the call wherein we were called. Sometimes we can have a standard, but we don’t always hold ourselves to the same standard when it comes to our expectations of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the chief cornerstone of our lives. He is the head. The Word states that He is the elect and He is precious. Do we treat Him as if He’s precious? Do we treat Him that way everyday or only when we want Him to do something for us? He said the true believers would not be confounded, meaning that they would not be confused. When your heart is in Him completely, you’re in unity with the Spirit of Truth. His will is precious. His plan is precious. His word is precious. You cherish His presence. Those who believe this will not stumble upon His word.
He chose us as a holy people unto Him that at one time was not a chosen people. Then He made us a royal priesthood unto Himself. This is a high calling! With high standards! To whom much is given, much is required. Not to everyone is it given to be royalty. This is a special class; A sanctified class. Therefore, the Lord Jesus clarifies this specification to say that many are called but few are chosen. Everyone cannot stand in the role of a priest, but it is given to those who are holy unto the Lord. We must put on our garments of righteousness and be a light, in the midst of darkness as the Lord has given us to be. We must show forth His praises. We must show that He is royalty and deserving of all the honor and praises. We must treat His Spirit as precious. He is coming back for His church, the Bride without spot or blemish. He’s coming soon and His reward is with Him. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life.

Are you giving with fear or cheerfully?

  1 Cor 9:11-12

If we have sown unto you spiritual things is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?
If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless, we have not used this power, but rather suffer all things; Lest we should hinder the Gospel of Christ.
It’s not easy to put yourself in another person’s shoes and attempt to imagine what the Lord has sanctified them to do. As we continue to study the Gifts of the Spirit and to teach on the callings of the Spirit, it is necessary to mention that regardless of a spiritual call if you know that someone has been used by the Lord to sow spiritual righteousness into your life, it is a great thing to fellowship with the natural things just as well? Paul was used to share this very thing. The narrow road is lonely. To fast and sup and pray to give a true word from the Lord is not as popular as it used to be. It’s ok to share a testimony, a song, a praise report or even the natural things like a dinner or flowers or phone call to say, “Praise the Lord.” If the Lord has sown spiritual things and has allowed some things to manifest in the natural realm then use a portion to bless someone else.
Blessed is the poor in spirit…
If you’re full all the time how can the Lord pour upon you? Empty yourself a little so he can continue to flow. Give without fear and do it cheerfully.

Have You Put Away the Natural / Fleshly king to make room for the spiritual King?

Isaiah 6:1
When King Uzziah died, the Prophet (Young) Isaiah was privileged to see a vision of the Lord on His throne, High and lifted up and His train did fill the temple. It is not a coincidence that the prophet was shown that vision after the death of that king. King Uzziah was king chosen by God to be head of the Lord’s chosen people, Israel. He loved the Lord and he had a great start with his responsibilities, but he became comfortable in his power and his authority and failed to stay in his appointed place and his role as the one in authority. He abused his power. He abused his authority. He refused to listen to reason and to the sound counsel of the priests. Pride was present and the Lord threw it down. It could not stand in the midst of his chosen. The pride had to die, and it was then that the Lord was able to take residence completely and fill the temple and the weight of his glory was so great no one could stand in it. The flesh had to yield. Yield so that the Lord can be glorified!!

WHY DO THEY INSIST ON TRUSTING THEIR OWN ABILITIES?

 1 Chron 21:1-30 / 11 Samuel 24:1-25
And again the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and He moved David against them to say go number Israel and Judah.
There happened to be a period of long warfare. David and his armies had many battles that arose with the Philistines even since the time he slew the first one on behalf of Saul. They slew four other giants and they were greatly victorious in battle. There were many men of valor in David’s camp. When you put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, He is your refuge. He favors you every time. He fights for you and after a while your battles...the wars are formality. The battle is won before it starts. When you’re a warrior by nature victory becomes your name. In the midst of these numerous victories and favor, it is easy to be distracted by a thought which gives you the idea that the works that you wrought, the strength by which you fought, the high place wherein you stand is because of thine own hands and by thine own abilities. Vanity crept in within the rank because of strategic success. The people were in a spiritual stagnation. They were spoiled. They were used to being blessed which can lead to cracks in the foundation of faith. It became business as usual and the Lord provoked King David to number the people. The Lord did it because he wanted to chasten them as a nation, and he wanted them to repent and humble themselves as the Lord’s children. So, that in doing so they would be healed as a nation and return to unity in the faith. For this purpose, he didn’t mention this situation by numbering the people to be a sin. He moved David as the head to do it. Though David took accountability and did repent as being the Lord’s under Shepherd and King. The Lord gave King David three options and he chose pestilence still maintaining hope that the Lord would show mercy and compassion. It is important for servants of the Lord to yield to the Spirit of God. There is much work to be done and spiritual warfare is a part of the job / calling. We must let the Spirit do the work and let Him lead. The servant cannot be greater than his master and there is nothing we can do in our own strength that will remain. Any work of the flesh is temporary. However, with the Spirit of God the works will remain and will not come back void. Hasn't the Lord been a provider?
Food for thought: Do we do this with our census every ten years?

WHY DO THEY REJECT THE BALM?

Mathew 9:12-13
But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, they that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. But go ye and learn what that meaneth. I will have mercy and not sacrifice. For I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Jeremiah 8:14-22
Is there no Balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?
Why do we sit still? Assemble yourselves and let us enter into the defenced cities and let us be silent there: For the Lord our God hath put us to silence and given us Water of Gall because we have sinned against the Lord.
We looked for peace, but no good came and for a time of health and behold trouble.
When I would comfort myself against sorrow my heart faint in me. Behold, the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the Lord in Zion? Is not the King in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images and with strange vanities? The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. For the hurt of the daughter of my people. Am I hurt? I am black; Astonishment hath taken hold on me.
Why does the Lord continue to chasten us, and we continue to act like we have it all covered? We continue to go the way of the world and call on the Lord for his hand and not to seek his face. How do we act as if God doesn’t see as if he hasn’t said that he is coming, and his reward is with him? How do we go to the physicians of the world when Jesus stated that? He is our Master Physician. If we have seats in Heavenly Places should not our deliverance be from on High? Shouldn’t our Healings be a Spiritual One? There is no natural solution for a Spiritual situation. We are in this world and not of it. We cannot put a band-aid on a Spiritual judgement. Haven’t the words of the Prophets manifested? Before our eyes.
Matthew 15:8
This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth and honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
We who are called by the Lord’s name say that He’s the Savior. We say that He is our refuge, yet we haven’t given Him our whole heart and true surrender to His will not our own will.

THE SWORD SHALL NEVER DEPART

II SAMUEL 12:10
NOW THEREFORE THE SWORD SHALL NEVER DEPART FROM THEN HOUSE; BECAUSE THOU HAST DESPISED ME AND HAST TAKEN THE WIFE OF URIAH THE HITTITE TO BE THY WIFE.

We, as the House of God are a royal priesthood grafted into vine of King David. Because of the sin of covetousness the household of faith was in judgment by God because of what David did by taking Uriah’s wife Bathsheba. Though the Lord had forgiven David and put away his sin, there was a consequence for the sin. He removed the fruit of his sin which was the son whom died. Then the Lord also commanded that the sword shall never depart from thine house. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of the Lord. The Word says if you’ve done it to the least of them then you’ve done it to me. The Lord stated that David in that moment despised the Lord when He took the wife of Uriah. This is because Uriah was a faithful servant of God and his King David. He served willful and with a cheerful heart. Because of this he was in unity with God. The Lord then had the prophet Nathan speak that the sword would never leave, that sword being the word of God. Though the enemy tried to make bad of a situation, the Lord turned it around and made it for our good. Jesus stated He is the word. He is the bread of life. So, he’s telling us that He will never leave us nor forsake us that we can boldly say that he is our helper and our keeper. Jesus promised us as being the living word that once was flesh; he would never leave. This was a judgment as well as a declaration to the Lord’s children. So no matter the circumstance or the situation, no matter the decision that we make whether for righteousness or not, the Word of God will always remain. Wherever we go, the word is there beholding the good as well as the evil. So, let us repent of any sin or weight that so easily beset us and diligently seek after the ord for His righteousness.

MATT 25:40
AND THE KING SHALL ANSWER AND SAY UNTO THEM, VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, IN AS MUCH AS YE HAVE DONE IT UNTO ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE MYBRETHREN, YE HAVE DONE IT UNTO ME.

Word of Knowledge

AMOS 8:11
BEHOLD, THE DAYS COME, SAITH THE LORD GOD, THAT I WILL SEND A FAMINE IN THE LAND, NOT A NATURAL FAMINE OF BREAD, NOR A THIRST FOR WATER, BUT OF HEARING THE WORDS OF THE LORD:
AND THEY SHALL WANDER FROM SEA TO SEA, AND FROM THE NORTH EVEN TO THE EAST, THEY SHALL RUN TO AND FRO TO SEEK THE WORD OF THE LORD, AND SHALL FIND IT NOT.

Surely there has been a thirst for the Word of the Lord. The Lord has fed his sheppards and yet when the flock has come to sup they have withheld from feeding the flocks. They have not bound that which is broken , healed the sick, not sought that which were lost.
The Lord has prepared the hearts of His people to seek Him, repent and seek after the truth. Jesus is the truth. Jesus is the bread of life. Is not the Lord Jesus able to sustain His house with the Word and by His Spirit? Is there any left in the house of God that has not been given to covetousness? Is there any of the house of the Most High that fear Him as the ancient of days? Is He not the good Sheppard? How do you seek for the Word without repentance? How do you seek for knowledge of Him without true surrender? How do you seek for Word without desire for a relationship? Hasn’t He commanded to not give what is holy to the dogs?
Ezekiel 22:14 Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the Lord hath spoken it and will do it.
