Need Some Attention?

Have you ever felt like you need some attention from the Lord? If you are a fellow God Chaser seeking the face of God like never before then sometimes you find that you're counting the days of absence instead of the minutes in His presence. What I am saying is not that the Lord will leave or forsake His child, but sometimes there are moments of silence during a faith-building miracle working opportunity. Faith moves Christ on our behalf and the Lord is always open to opportunities to be closer to His children. How can you be closer to Christ?

Heb 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for He that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

The Lord is faith. His name is faith. He requests that we simply believe, seek after His Spirit and He will reward our diligence. When we put our heart towards being obedient to the will and purpose of Christ, then He starts paying attention to you. Seek after Him by His Spirit through prayer, through supplication in the Word, and praise are some of the ways to seek after the Lord. Sometimes you may find the Lord wanted your attention just as much as you wanted His. However, be sure you seek for the right reasons.
