PASSIONATE PURSUIT...HE'S WORTHY

​Galatians 3:1
O FOOLISH GALATIANS, WHO HATH BEWITCHED YOU, THAT YE SHOULD NOT OBEY THE TRUTH, BEFORE WHOSE EYES JESUS CHRIST HATH BEEN EVIDENTLY SET FORTH, CRUCIFIED AMONG YOU?
THIS ONLY WOULD I LEARN OF YOU, RECEIVE YE THE SPIRIT BY WORKS OF THE LAW, OR BY THE HEARING OF FAITH?
ARE YE SO FOOLISH? HAVING BEGUN IN THE SPIRIT, ARE YE NOW MADE PERFECT BY THE FLESH?
HAVE YE SUFFERED SO MANY THINGS IN VAIN? IF IT BE YET IN VAIN.
The Lord Jesus has often by His Spirit asked the question, “what do you see?” In plain sight we see the chosen men and women of God continue to take down for the adversary, those who seemed so firm on the foundation of faith and they continue to eliminate the spirit of God in their lives and creating a substitute for the true spirit. They often say they must be self-sufficient. How can any of us sustain ourselves when we did not create ourselves? Can you really provide for your ownselves? Can you call forth the rain in the dry season? Can you bring forth an increase without the spirit of the true and living God? Woe unto them that take cover but not of my spirit. Woe unto them that find content with earthly things. Who will you call upon when they come and take your sons and daughters to the captivity? Who will you call upon when your belly cleaves to your backs for hunger? Who will you call upon when you are vomiting blood for pestilence? Who will you call when the comforters that you’ve heaped for yourselves have been removed? Will your own counsel deliver you? Can you hide from the true and living God? Is there a place to flee the presence of the Most High?
The adversary desperately attempts to get us to think that we can perfect ourselves in the flesh. We dream of a perfect mate, the perfect home, the perfect career…the perfect family. However, the perfecting can only come by the Holy Spirit. You must take up your cross, deny yourself and walk in the righteousness of Jesus Christ. He perfects His body according to is will by His Spirit. There is no righteousness with the law and of fleshly works. Do not allow the adversary to weary you with falsehood. Let us not labor in vain. We must move by the Spirit and in trust. Our works are in vain and are subject to bondage again if we do not walk by faith that has been established from the beginning. Surrender. Repent and Pray for His Holy Spirit to reign completely.
