WILL YOU OVERCOME?
2 COR 6:4-10
BUT IN ALL THINGS APPROVING OURSELVES AS THE MINISTERS OF GOD, IN MUCH PATIENCE, IN AFFLICTIONS, IN NECESSITIES, IN DISTRESSES,
IN STRIPES, IN IMPRISONMENTS, IN TUMULTS, IN LABORS, IN WATCHINGS, IN FASTINGS;
BY PURENESS, BY KNOWLEDGE, BY LONGSUFFERING, BY KINDNESS, BY THE HOLY GHOST, BY LOVE UNFEIGNED,
BY THE WORD OF TRUTH, BY THE POWER OF GOD, BY THE ARMOUR OF RIGHTEOUSNESS ON THE RIGHT HAND AND THE LEFT,
BY HONOUR AND DISHONOUR, BY EVIL REPORT AND GOOD REPORT: AS DECEIVERS, AND YET TRUE; AS UNKNOWN, AND YET WELL KNOWN; AS DYING, AND BEHOLD, WE LIVE, AS CHASTENED, AND NOT KILLED;
AS SORROWFUL, YET ALWAYS REJOICING; AS POOR, YET MAKING MANY RIVH; AS HAVING NOTHING AND YET POSSESSING ALL THINGS.
Daily we are counted as sheep for the slaughter. Liers in wait are lurking, watching, and expecting to see us misstep or come short of the Glory of God. While Jesus Christ is holding our hand, guiding us in the paths of truths and righteousness. The trials, the distresses, and all that we go through are to ever increase the faith and bring us to our expected end. The question is; “Will you overcome? Will you endure? When others look upon you as a deceiver, will you remain true? When they have an evil report concerning you; when they say all manner of evil against you; while you make others rich; will you overcome? Will you still trust and believe? Will you endure to the end? Will you still have a great expectation for signs, miracles, and wonders and whatever else the Lord’s will is? Will you live up to the Lord’s expectations or will you instead choose to live up to the expectations of those speaking for your demise? Do not allow the adversary to steal the spiritual treasures that have been stored up for you.
